World fastest train created in Japan
The world's fastest train has begun test runs in Japan. The train is capable of achieving speeds up to 400 kilometers per hour, Naked-science.ru reports.
The high-speed train should enter real service in 2030, operated by Rail company JR East who will cap its top speed at 360 kilometers per hour.
The new bullet train, the speed of which, according to calculations, can reach 400 km / h, is called ALFA-X (Advanced Labs for Frontline Activity in Rail eXperimentation).
Besides, in 2027, the country's government plans to open a line between Tokyo and Nagoya, along which the Maglev trains will run, on magnetic levitation.
