Two launches from Baikonur scheduled by 2019 end

The Baikonur Cosmodrome is wrapping up the 2019 launch program. Two launches are planned from the Kazakh cosmodrome in December, Kazpravda.kz refers to the press service of Roscosmos reporting.
On December 1, 2019, the Soyuz 2.1a launch is scheduled, which is to launch the Progress MS-13 transport cargo ship into orbit.
Preparations for the launch of the space truck are on schedule. After completion of the refueling, the spaceship was delivered to the operations and checkout facility, where work began on the final stage of preflight preparation.
On December 24, 2019, the launch of the Proton-M l vehicle with the third meteorological satellite Elektro-L 3 is planned from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
Electro-L is a series of Russian second-generation hydro-meteorological support satellites that will provide multi-spectral imaging of the entire globe in the visible and infrared ranges.
In total, according to the plans of the space powers of the world, at least 10 launches of Roscosmos, SpaceX, Arianespace, Boeing, the Chinese space industry and the Indian space research organization are scheduled for the final month of 2019.
