MIC does not consider Huawei "criminal" - Abaev
During the government hour in Majilis, the Minister of Information and Communications Dauren Abaev said he did not consider that the activities of Huawei are criminal in nature, correspondent quotes him as saying.

“We have fruitful enough cooperation with Huawei. They are in the Astana Hub, providing their products so that young people could test their own works. I don’t see any crime here,” he said.

The minister stressed that the ban on the sale of Huawei and ZTE devices in several countries due to suspected espionage through these devices is a matter of the law enforcement agencies of those countries.

"This is a matter of the law enforcement bodies of the United States and Japan," he concluded.
