Askar Zhumagaliev, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry, told which documents Kazakhstanis will soon be able to store on their smartphones, reports.

“Remember, last week I wrote about digital documents that we want to place on the eGov mobile application. They will be an alternative to paper documents after the adoption of the relevant amendments to the law. In the comments, many of you gave suggestions, what other documents, in addition to the existing ones, would be convenient to have in your smartphone," the minister wrote on Facebook.

According to him, the list includes:

1. Passport;

2. Driving license;

3. Student card;

4. Technical passport;

5. Military ID;

6. Diploma;

7. Permission to weapons;

8. Pension certificate;

9. Hunting ticket;

10. Certificate of disability;

11. Technical passport of real estate.

“For many of them, we have already sent letters to state bodies to consider this possibility, carry out the necessary integration work to display these documents in a mobile application. We are also planning to raise this issue at one of the next meetings of the interdepartmental commission on automation of public services in order to speed up this process," added Zhumagaliev.
