Woman hockey player from Kazakhstan became US club head coach
Kazakhstan’s Bulbul Kartanbayeva became the head coach of the US hockey club Princeton Tiger Lilies, New Jersey, Kazpravda.kz refers to the post of US Embassy in Kazakhstan on Instagram.
We add that Bulbul Kartanbayeva became the first ever representative of Kazakhstan in the women's National Hockey League (NWHL). Last year, she signed a contract with the American Metropolitan Rivers Club, New Jersey.
At home, she played for Tomiris from the Barys system and Almaty Aisulu, and participated in five world championships.
