Previously, this commission was called the Commission on Foreign Relations. Now, the PASD commission consists of 10 women and 18 men. Among them are members of the IOC Executive Committee, heads of NOCs, heads of international federations and sports organizations.

The Commission is chaired by IOC member Moreno Luis Alberto (Colombia), who is also the head of the Inter-American Development Bank and a board member of the World Economic Forum Foundation.

May 24, the head of the NOC of Kazakhstan will take part in the 78th meeting of the Executive Committee of the Association of National Olympic Committees of the ANOC in the Olympic capital of Lausanne (Switzerland).
