David Loria became Astana football club exec director
Former goalkeeper of Kazakhstan national football team David Loria has become the executive director of the Astana football club, Kazpravda.kz refers to the club's press service reporting.
David Loria is a graduate of the capital's football school and one of the record holders of Kazakhstan national team. The goalkeeper's track record includes Kazakhstan’s Zhenis, Esil, Shakhtyor, Irtysh, Kairat, Ordabasy and Lokomotiv, in which he played in 2009, winning silver medals with the team, and also Turkish Rizespor, Karsiyaka, Swedish Halmstad and Russian Spartak Nalchik. In total, the ex-goalkeeper has three championship titles.
As part of the youth team of Kazakhstan, Loria took part in the World Championship in Nigeria, as part of the national team, he played in 45 matches.
At the end of his career in 2019, the young specialist enrolled in the UEFA MIP football management program, created for former national team players to train management.
