Nine new coronavirus cases recorded in Kazakhstan

Already 293 Kazakhstanis have contracted coronavirus, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to Coronavirus2020.kz.
"Another 9 cases of coronavirus infection were recorded, in Almaty - 3 cases, in Kyzylorda region - 3 cases, in Akmola region - 3 cases. To date, 293 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the country, of which in Nur Sultan - 167 cases, Almaty - 73 cases, Karaganda region - 7 cases, Atyrau region - 12 cases, Akmola region - 9 cases, Zhambyl region - 3 cases, Shymkent - 2 cases, East Kazakhstan region - 2 cases, Almaty region - 6 cases, Aktobe region - 2 cases, North-Kazakhstan region- 1 case, Pavlodar region - 1 case, Mangystau region - 1 case, Kyzylorda region - 5 cases, West Kazakhstan region- 2 cases, "- it is stated.
Earlier the first death from coronavirus in Kazakhstan was reported.
Nur-Sultan and Almaty have been on quarantine since March 19.
On March 23, at the meeting of the State Commission on the state of emergency, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev ordered to tighten isolation measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
It was decided to introduce additional restrictions in Nur-Sultan and Almaty since March 28.
