New requirements for anti-terrorist protection of vulnerable objects approved in Kazakhstan

Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin signed the Government Resolution of May 6, 2021 No. 305 "On approval of the requirements for organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects vulnerable to terrorism", Kazpravda.kz refers to the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reporting.
In accordance with subparagraph 4) of paragraph 3, Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Countering Terrorism", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby RESOLVES:
1. To approve the attached requirements for the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects vulnerable to terrorism.
2. To invalidate the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 3, 2015 No. 191 "On approval of requirements for the system of anti-terrorist protection of objects vulnerable to terrorism."
3. The resolution shall take effect upon expiry of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
