New appointments made in "Nur Otan" party

The personnel update took place in the leadership of the regional branches of the Nur Otan party, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the party's press service.
As part of the order of Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev to increase the proportion of women in the leadership of executive and representative bodies to 30%, Gulnar Toylybayeva became the first deputy chairman of the Almaty regional branch "Nur Otan".
Also, Zhanar Bektayeva was appointed the first deputy chairman of the Shymkent branch of "Nur Otan". Since 2019, she worked as the head of the internal policy department of the akimat of Shymkent.
As part of the order of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on creation of social lifts for active youth, 30-year-old Daulet Karibek was appointed the first deputy chairman of the Nur Otan branch of the capital.
In Almaty, 33-year-old Meirzhan Otynshiev became the first deputy chairman of the city branch of the party. He graduated from KazNU named after al-Farabi and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He began his career as a specialist in the Department of employment and social programs in Almaty. For the last 2 years, he worked as deputy head of the housing policy department of the Almaty akimat.
At the recommendation of the regional bureau of the political council, Dauyl Beisenkulov was appointed as the first deputy head of the Zhambyl regional branch of the party. Prior to his appointment, he headed the Internal Policy Department of the akimat of Zhambyl region.
According to the press service of the party, Yerlan Kanalimov (Nur-Sultan), Stanislav Kankurov (Almaty), Bakhadyr Narymbetov (Shymkent) and Zhanbolat Zhorgenbaev (Almaty region) were elected secretaries of maslikhats of these regions.
In turn, the first deputy chairmen of Akmola, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Mangistau, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan and Turkestan regional branches became concurrently leaders of the Nur Otan factions in regional maslikhats.
As noted in the press service, these personnel decisions meet the tasks set by the party leadership for the high-quality implementation of Nur Otan's regional electoral programs and organization of relevant work in the inter-electoral period.
