New appointments in Kazakhstan

Kazpravda.kz presents an overview of appointments in Kazakhstan over the past week - from 19 to 25 July.
Asain Baykhanov was appointed the mayor of Pavlodar
From March 2020 until the new appointment, he held the post of deputy governor of Pavlodar region, oversaw the issues of agriculture, development of rural areas, subsoil use, environment and water resources, land relations, etc.
Sabit Bitaev was appointed the head of Atyrau region’s Emergency Situations department.
In the period from 2008 to the present, he held various senior positions in the civil protection authorities.
Alexey Kalaychidi was appointed the head of the Security and Law Enforcement Department of the Presidential Administration.
Since January 2019, he was the deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Murat Baimukashev was appointed deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
He was formerly deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (10.04.2019-02.2020), then chairman of the MIA RK Administrative Police Committee (from 03.2020).
Kazhmukhan Bekmukashev was appointed chairman of the Committee for Geodesy and Cartography of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry.
From November 2019 to the present, he was deputy Chairman of the Committee for Geodesy and Cartography of the said Ministry.
