Left turns have been banned on one of the largest streets of Nur-Sultan, refers to the capital’s PD press service announcing.

It is reported that due to the traffic closure on viaduct No. 2 (road bridge along the Bogenbai Batyr ave.), at the intersection of the Bogenbai batyr avenue - Valikhanov St. and Bogenbai Batyr Ave. left turns and a U-turns are excluded (at descent from the bridge).

“In order to exclude transport delays, we recommend using alternative routes through Bogenbai batyr avenue with a right turn onto Aimanov street, right to Dukenuly street and in the forward direction on Valikhanov St. To create more comfortable conditions for road users, on the corresponding routes changes were made in the traffic lights operation,” the department noted.

Earlier it was reported that Kabanbay Batyr Avenue will be expanded to 8 lanes in Nur-Sultan.
