Housing has risen in price in Kazakhstan. For a month - July 2020 to June 2020 - resale prices of comfortable housing increased by 1.1%, new sales - by 0.2%. The rent for comfortable housing increased by 0.4%, inform.kz reports with reference to the Statistics Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the same time, according to information from Krisha.kz, in June this year compared to the same month last year, the average selling prices of new housing increased by 5.9%.
The increase in value was recorded in ten of the 17 regions of the country. The maximum increase was observed in Kokshetau (+12.8%), Uralsk (+12%), Kostanay (+11.2%) and Aktobe (+11.1%). In Nur-Sultan and Almaty, prices increased by 8.6 and 6.1%, respectively.
In six regions, the cost remained at the level of June 2019. At the same time in Ust-Kamenogorsk there was a decrease by 4.5%.
At the end of June, the most expensive square meter is offered in Nur-Sultan - 373.3 thousand tenge, Almaty - 357.2 thousand, Atyrau - 326.1 thousand. The cheapest - in Petropavlovsk, Taraz and Kyzylorda - 140 thousand tenge per square meter. Low prices are due to the implementation of the Nurly Zhol state program in these towns.
In the rental market, rates grew by +8.7% per year. The average cost of renting a house is 1,577 tenge per 1 sq. m. Maximum - in Nur-Sultan (3,071 tenge), Almaty (2,339) and Aktau (2,047). The minimum is in Semey (1,168 tenge), Uralsk (1,191) and Taraz (1,204).
