Head of Digital Development Ministry’s office appointed

By the order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, Arman Kenzhegaliyev was appointed the head of the Ministry’s office, refers to the RK PM’s press service reporting.

Arman Kenzhegaliev was born in 1981 in North Kazakhstan region, graduated from Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Kainar University, Sheffield University, holds qualifications of economist, lawyer, master's degree in public administration and public policy.

He began his career in 1999 as a lawyer in a commercial organization.

In 2002-2003 he worked as a chief specialist in legal work of AF "Astana post office" of JSC "Kazpost".

In 2003-2012 he held various positions in the Justice Ministry of Kazakhstan.

In 2012-2017 - chief expert, consultant of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Office of the Prime Minister.

In 2017-2018 - deputy director of the Department of Registration Service and Organization of Legal Services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018-2020 - deputy director, director of the Department of By-Laws of the Ministry of Justice.

From August 2020 to the present, he held the position of director of the Legislation Department of the Justice Ministry of Kazakhstan.
