Four roe deer carcasses and a gun found in car of Kokshetau resident
Police officers of Akmola region together with Okhotzooprom employees found four roe deer carcasses and a gun in the car of a resident of Kokshetau, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the press service, the duty station of the Kokshetau Unitary Enterprise received a message from the Tulpar-2 crew that a Niva car was stopped at 25 km of the Kokshetau-Ruzayevka road, driven by a resident of Kokshetau, who had four roe deer carcasses, a 16-gauge smoothbore unregistered gun and 26 rounds for it. The relevant documents were missing. In addition to the driver, there were two residents of the regional center in the car.
On this fact, pre-trial proceedings were initiated under Part 1 of Art. 337 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Illegal hunting". With regard to the suspects, the measure of procedural compulsion "Obligation to appear" was chosen.
Also, employees of the environmental police department together with the RSE "Okhotzooprom", near the village Viktorovka near Lake Aydabol, revealed the fact of illegal fishing by a resident of the village Zerenda. Fish of the whitefish family, weighing 164 kilograms, was seized from the fisherman. Currently, the amount of damage is being established, based on the results of which a procedural decision will be made.
