PSCs will accept more Kazakhstanis due to reduced service time, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the NJSC "SC "Government for Citizens".
"According to the resolution of the chief sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the public service centers of Kazakhstan accept citizens only by prior reservation. The work schedule has also been reduced, front offices provide public services from 9 am to 6 pm. In connection with such measures, PSCs could receive a limited number of citizens per day," the message says.
In order to reach a large population and increase the amount of available time for booking, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" made a decision to reduce the service time in front offices from 20 to 15 minutes.
It is noted that this move increased the number of slots available for booking by 25 percent, which allowed one employee to serve 4 customers per hour. Under the old booking system, citizens had access to three time slots per hour, now there are four of them.
The State Corporation also recalled that when visiting the Public Service Center, it is necessary to comply with sanitary and preventive rules, wear masks and observe social distance.
"The entrance to the building is allowed using the Ashyq application. You can book a queue at the public service center through the eGov portal, the Unified Contact Center 1414 and the telegram bot @kenes1414bot," the press service added.
