Cinemas, banquet halls and karaoke will start working in Kazakhstan as part of the Ashyq project, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of Atameken NCE.
On April 26, the pilot project Ashyq rounds off its work, after which it will be scaled up to all regions, as stated in the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor Yerlan Kiyasov.
In addition to Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Karaganda, Kokshetau, Aktobe, Taraz, Taldykorgan joined the project.
Scaling of the project to the whole of Kazakhstan is planned for the end of the month.
"From April 26, 2021, full implementation of the Ashyq pilot project at business facilities and scaling of the project to all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan starts," the document says.
From April 14, cinemas and catering facilities (with the exception of banquet halls, canteen-type facilities, fast foods and street foods), theaters, philharmonic societies and volunteers will be able to participate in the pilot project. From April 21 - interregional and urban irregular (tourist) transportation, billiard clubs and concert halls. Karaoke and banquet halls will become the participants of Ashyq from 5 May.
Also, for businessmen participating in the Ashyq program, the rules for obtaining a QR code for working with the app have been changed. Business owners need to apply for a QR code on the infokazakhstan.kz website. After checking for compliance with the requirements of the project, a code will appear in your personal account, which will make it possible to study and work in test mode for one week. The owners of catering facilities and cinemas must first send an application to the specialized association, and then get the QR code on the infokazakhstan.kz website.
"Ashyq" is an application for registering visitors in public places. Before entering a public institution, the user scans a special QR code and presents it to the administrator at the entrance. The code determines the status of the visitor. The status of the visitors is assigned on the basis of reconciliation with information systems.
"Red" status is assigned if a person has passed a PCR test for coronavirus and received a positive result. Holders of this status are ordered to observe a strict regime of home isolation.
"Yellow" is assigned to contact persons. They are allowed to go out for groceries or to the pharmacy near the house, but are prohibited from visiting other public places.
"Blue" will mean free movement everywhere, except in places where a PCR test is required (for example, at an airport).
"Green" is a sign of complete freedom of movement.
The QR code is assigned only to business entities. It is an electronic identifier indicating the name of the subject, its location and other identification data. At least 2 QR codes are issued for 1 object: for entry and exit.
