Prime Minister Askar Mamin made a working trip to Almaty region, where he sized up performance of investment projects under the state programs, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
In Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region, the Prime Minister examined projects in agro-processing – by apple orchards of the export-oriented Amal Bio LLP, experimental field for growing corn and a digital dairy farm of AO APK Adal, which has significant export potential.
Investments in Almaty region’s fixed assets over January-August 2019, stand at 305.3 billion tenge, or 103.3% to the corresponding term last year.
In 2019, in the framework of the SPIID and the Industrialization Map, 11 projects are slated the sum of 61.9 billion tenge, opening 1214 jobs. The largest of them are: Zhetysu Magiko Agrocomplex LLP (construction of production complex of oil-fat products and animal feed) and Meat Processing and Service complex.
