Almost 500 health workers in Kazakhstan who have had coronavirus received a payment of 2 million tenge, Kazpravda.kz correspondent refers to the chief state sanitary doctor, Aizhan Esmagambetova, announcing it at the briefing at the Central Communications Service.
"There is a joint order of the Minister of Health and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection, which outlines the procedure for the payment of these compensations and consideration of the required documents for it. The regional commissions examine the package of documents for each medical worker who applies for the payment. Then the entire package of documents is entered into the system of the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population and a decision is made on the payment, "- Esmagambetova said.
She noted that the Health Ministry monitors work in this direction every day.
"According to our data, as of yesterday, 500 health workers have already been paid. The work of the commission is carried out on an ongoing basis," the speaker added.
