Yessimov briefed Tokayev on plans to create vaccine against CVI together with Russia

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received the NWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC board chairman, Akhmetzhan Yessimov, Kazpravda.kz refers to the Akorda press service reporting.
The President was briefed on Samruk-Kazyna actions in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
Akhmetzhan Yesimov told Kassym-Jomart Tokayev that in March of this year the Fund had financed the purchase of 6 million protective masks for doctors, police officers and social workers.
He also informed the President about the Fund's interaction with the Ministry of Health, within which 100 ambulances, 1,000 oxygen concentrators, 50 artificial lung ventilators, 1,000 pulse oximeters and 3,000 antiviral preparations Avifavir were acquired.
On the instructions of Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Fund will finance the construction of two clinics for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Nur-Sultan and Almaty.
Akhmetzhan Yessimov told the President about plans to establish a production of a vaccine against coronavirus jointly with Russia.
The current situation in the companies of the Fund was considered. Yessimov said that this year the Government will be paid dividends of 120 billion tenge, which is 10 times more than in 2017. Earlier, Samruk-Kazyna directed over 50 billion tenge to the National Fund ahead of schedule.
