Kazakhstan continues further development of relations with Czech Republic - Tokayev

Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Radek Vondraček, who is in Kazakhstan on an official visit, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The interlocutors discussed the current state and prospects of Kazakh-Czech relations, interaction in multilateral formats: Kazakhstan - the EU, Central Asia - the EU and Central Asia - the Visegrad Four (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia).
Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev congratulated Radek Vondraček on the 30th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution, the 20th anniversary of NATO membership and the upcoming Republic Day. The President also emphasized that further development of relations with the Czech Republic, an important political and economic partner of Kazakhstan in the European Union, is unchanged.
In turn, the Czech politician expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality and praised the ongoing reforms in our country.
"I am very pleased that, as a representative of the Czech Republic, I have the opportunity to confirm the very close and deep relations between our countries, which are developing in the spirit of friendship and traditional cooperation," said Radek Vondraček.
