Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory telegram to President Sadyr Japarov, in which, on behalf of all Kazakhstanis and himself personally, heartily congratulated the leader of Kyrgyzstan and the entire Kyrgyz people on the 30th anniversary of the country's independence, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"This significant date in the history of sovereign Kyrgyzstan, embodying the unity, resilience and creative spirit of the nation, is of enduring importance for the further strengthening of statehood, long-term and sustainable development of the Kyrgyz state," the telegram says.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev highly appreciated the progressive development of Kazakh-Kyrgyz relations.
"Following the fundamental interests of our fraternal peoples, the traditions of centuries-old friendship and good neighborliness, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan from the first days of Independence go hand in hand, sincerely rejoicing in mutual achievements, invariably providing strong support to each other. I am sure that by joint efforts we will be able to give a qualitative impetus for dynamic development of our multifaceted cooperation, opening new horizons of Kazakh-Kyrgyz strategic partnership and alliance," the Head of State writes.
The President of Kazakhstan wished Sadyr Japarov great success in responsible state activities, and the brotherly Kyrgyz people - prosperity and progress.
