New Vice Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of Kazakhstan appointed
By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Momyshev Talgat was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Talgat Momyshev was born in 1968 in the Akmola region, graduated from Zhambyl Irrigation and Construction Institute, Almaty Institute of Economics and Statistics. Qualification in the specialty: civil engineer, accountant-economist.
1994-1996 - executive director of the Kazakh-Turkish joint venture.
1997-1998 - Deputy Director for State Supervision of the Zhambyl Center for Standardization and Metrology. Over the years he worked in private companies.
1998-1999 - senior assistant of the akim's apparatus of Zhambyl region.
1999-2000 - Chairman of the Zhambyl Regional Committee for Investments and Wind Farm.
In 2000 - the head of the Almaty branch of the RSE "Metrology", the first deputy director of the JSC "National Accreditation Center".
In 2000-2005, he was the head of the production department in Astana at the National Center for Expertise and Certification OJSC.
2005-2010 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
2010-2014 - Chairman of the State Inspection Committee in the Oil and Gas Complex of the Ministry of Oil and Gas.
In 2014-2016 - Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Regulation, Control and State Inspection in the Oil and Gas Complex of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016-2018 - State Inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2018-2019 - Deputy Akim of Zhambyl region.
In 2019-2021 - Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January 2021 to the present, he was the chief of staff of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
