Kyrgyz parliament approves Temir Sariyev as prime minister
The decision of the Parliament must now be approved by the President Almazbek Atambayev.
The Kyrgyz parliament approved the candidacy of Temir Sariyev as prime minister, Kazpravda.kz reports citing the news agency "24.kg".
According to the decision of the Parliament almost all members of the previous government remained in their positions. Vacant posts were replaced. Thus, Oleg Pankratov was appointed the economy minister, Adylbek Kasymaliev – minister of finance, Argymbek Malabayev – minister of transport and communications.
"I am ready to work with this team but the principles of work will be different. We will set strict rules. We have to work quickly and efficiently, "- said Sariyev.
Recall, April 23 Kyrgyz government resigned.
