CSTO countries regulate military products pricing
CSTO countries regulate pricing for military products. The corresponding document - the Fourth Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Basic Principles of Military-Technical Cooperation between the States Parties to the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992, was ratified at the plenary session in the Senate, Kazpravda.kz correspondent reports.
The fourth protocol made in Minsk on November 30, 2017, is aimed at improving the mechanism for implementing the agreement on the principles of military-technical cooperation between the CSTO countries and creating favorable conditions for cooperation.
As noted in the conclusion of the relevant Senate committee, by the protocol an addition is entered on the agreement, according to which prices for military products are formed in accordance with the national legislation of the supplying party, regulating the pricing of military products purchased by national armed forces, other troops, military formations, law enforcement agencies and special services for their own needs.
Prices for military products, which were not purchased for their own needs, are formed by the subjects of military-technical cooperation of the supplying party in accordance with its national legislation governing the pricing of military products at supplies in the interests of national armed forces.
