Suleimenov told how RK MNE will implement RK President’s Address

To implement the Address of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev dated October 5, 2018, the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan identified three tasks: raising the minimum wage, improving the quality of life and creating a comfortable living environment. At the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the minister Timur Suleimenov told how these tasks will be implemented, Kazpravda.kz reports.
"The first task is the growth of incomes of the population. The President in his Address paid great attention to the welfare of Kazakhstanis. Among the most important measures is the increase in the minimum wage from January 1, 2019 by 1.5 percent. To protect the incomes of the population, the legislation will be amended in order to ensure transparency of tariff formation, etc. To effectively support business, the Business Roadmap will be continued until 2020–2025. A state program for industrial and innovative development until 2025 will be adopted," said Suleimenov.
The second task is the improvement of the quality of life. Suleimenov said that there are 22 events planned.
"In education area, the measures will be aimed at improving the quality of education. In order to motivate the teachers and workers of pre-school organizations, a law on the status of the teacher will be worked out in 2019. In healthcare area, to improve the quality of medical services in Astana, the construction of a national oncology center provided with modern equipment will be launched. To protect the population from poor quality and hazardous goods and services, a Committee will be established to control the quality and safety of goods and services,"- he said.
The minister announced that in order to create a comfortable living environment, measures will be taken to improve living conditions for a comfortable and safe living in any settlement in the country.
