Kazakhstan and Germany intend to jointly develop green economy

Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Roman Sklyar and heads of German companies held an online meeting, in which they discussed cooperation in the development of green economy, decarbonization, processing of raw materials and hydrogen economy, Kazpravda.kz refers to the press service of the RK Prime Minister reporting.
The meeting was attended by heads and representatives of more than 80 leading German companies, including Siemens Energy, Linde, Deutsche Bahn, REMONDIS, Deutsche Bank, Bayer, SAP, Goldbeck Solar and others.
Michael Harms, Managing Director of the Eastern Committee of the German Economy, emphasized the importance of developing trade-economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
The heads of leading German companies paid special attention to the prospects for the development of green economy in general, the potential of bilateral cooperation and implementation of joint projects.
At the end of the meeting, a question-and-answer session took place.
