Economic revival observed in Kazakhstan - Minister of National Economy

According to the results of nine months, the economy of Kazakhstan showed insignificant growth - from minus 3% to minus 2.8%. Ruslan Dalenov, Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, announced this at a meeting of the Government, Kazpravda.kz reports.
"In September this year, there was a positive change. Activity in the service sector resumed. Growth in the real sector remains. In September, there is a revival of the economy, an increase in the number of industries with positive growth. As a result, according to operational data, the GDP growth rate improved from minus 3% to minus 2.8% in January-September," Dalenov said.
According to him, annual inflation remained at the level of 7.0%. In the real sector, positive growth accelerated, amounting to 2.2%. Almost all industries of the real sector and certain types of services show good growth rates.
"These are construction (an increase of 10.5%), information and communications (8.2%), agriculture (5.0%), manufacturing (3.3%)," the minister added.
