Arman Shakkaliev relieved of his post as head of RK MTI Committee for technical regulation and metrology

By the order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Shakkaliev Arman is relieved of his post as chairman of the Committee for technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazpravda.kz reports.

Arman Shakkaliev was born in 1977 in the Karaganda region. He began his career as a legal consultant of the Agency for reorganization and liquidation of enterprises in Astana and Akmola region. In the system of technical regulation, he began working in 2004 as the director of the Republican State Enterprise "Kazakhstan institute of metrology".

From June 2008 to April 2016, he served as director of the Republican State Enterprise "Kazakhstan institute for standardization and certification".

In April 2016, he was appointed Director of the Department of technical regulation and accreditation of the Eurasian Economic Commission. In July 2018, he was appointed Chairman of the Committee for technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From August 2019 to the present, he worked as the chairman of the Committee for technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
