Kazakhstan’s Ruhiya Baidukenova won Slavianski Bazaar-2021Grand Prix

Kazakhstan won the Grand Prix at the XXX International pop song performers contest "VITEBSK-2021" (Slavyansky Bazaar). Rukhiya Baidukenova brought victory to the country, Kazpravda.kz reports.
In addition to the main prize, she became the holder of the Golden Lyre award.
Rukhiya Baidukenova is a 3rd year student at the Kazakh National University of Arts. Her skillful performance of the song Emotions of the famous American singer, music producer Mariah Carey was acclaimed by the jury and the audience and helped the vocalist to break into the leaders from the very start.
The first prize ($15000) of Slavianski Bazaar went to Serbia, Irina Arsenievich. The second prize ($5 000 dollars each) was shared by Daniil Myshkovets from Belarus and Renata Shtiefel from Ukraine.
The third prize ($ 2,500 each) was also divided between two participants - Tofik Hajiyev from Azerbaijan and Ivanna from Slovakia.
Representatives of more than 70 countries took part in the International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk”.
