Kazakh film won Kinoshock Grand Prix

At the 29th Kinoshock open film festival, among the works of filmmakers from the former Soviet republics, two Kazakhstani films received five awards, including the Golden Vine Grand Prix, Kazpravda.kz reports.
According to the official website of the festival, the main prize - "Golden Vine" was awarded to the full-length film "Zhanym, You Won't Believe It" (directed by Yernar Nurgaliev, Kazakhstan, producers: Zhandos Aybasov, Yernar Nurgaliev, Azamat Dulatov, Timur Shevchenko). The film also received “Press Diploma” and Best Screenplay prizes.
Another Kazakhstani film - "Black, Black Man" was awarded the prize of the festival for the best direction, the award was received by the famous Kazakhstani director Adilkhan Yerzhanov. Also, this film was awarded the "Kinoshock" prize for Best Actor; Daniyar Alshinov received it.
