Yesterday the OSCE CiO – RK state secretary and foreign minister Kanat Saudabayev had a phone talk to the Ukrainian FM Konstantin Grishchenko.

The main topic was arrangements for President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s official visit to Ukraine this month. They hope the top-level talks will stimulate dialogue between Astana and Kiev.
