Thorough overhaul –in which KZT 6bn was invested, is under completion: from now on the business will work on new technological equipment with long exploitation term.

If previously the plant annually processed 3,7mn ton of raw hydrocarbons (at 7mn ton of design capacity), to-date its opportunities have increased to 5,1mn ton but the goal is to achieve the rated power and higher, due to newly installed units for dimerization and oligomerization.

By this professional holiday the business entirely transferred to petroleum output meeting Euro-2 standard. In a few days in fact a unit of octane-rising agents is to be commissioned and motor fuel will satisfy Euro-5 standard. But concurrently they assigned the task to raise refining depth from 85 to 90%.

And another achievement should be mentioned: taking care of environment they constructed a new polygon for separate storage of hard domestic wastes – 500 ton annually.
