In North Kazakhstan oblast harvesting is in a full swing. As it was expected by early September grains are collected from over two million ha making up 56% to the plan and half of the grain crop area is thrashed.

Average yield in the region reaches 9,1centner per ha. Daily growth of reaped and threshed grain is 190 thousand ha. Farmers are hurrying to collect the main crop before autumn sets in with its rough weather.
